Shipping policy

At Story Wick Co., every candle is hand-poured with care. We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking when it’s on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping

  • We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax & discounts).

Order Issues & Lost Packages

  • Story Wick Co. is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help resolve issues.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@storywickco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
